Hello Mr. Holland,
My students are currently planning a brief hospitality mixer for you prior to the interview and they wanted to inquire about any dietary concerns that you may have.
In addition, by Thursday you should receive via email an agenda that outlines Friday's interview day.
Please let me know if there are any concerns in regards to the interview or the mixer so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
