While doing some research online I came across this very interesting wiki page. It is connected to the quote we heard today "Show the people the light and they will find the way." Well as it turns out that was the slogan for a popular news paper chain.

I love that company!!!
They compete with Gannett in two top markets. Their "ABC Action News" in Tampa competes with Gannett's "10Connects News" and they also compete in Phoenix. One of their photogs. died in a helicopter crash last year.

It's pretty cool how their symbol is a lighthouse, which kind of relates to that slogan because they are showing us the way. I remember them as the spelling bee sponsors
